01 / The challenge
The starting point.
A specialist product catalogue can be difficult to browse when customers use different language for the same problem. Truck Bracket needed a clearer route from a customer’s question to the right product, with useful information supporting the purchase rather than getting in the way.
02 / The approach
Making the right things clearer.
We organised the catalogue around clearer product pathways, strengthened the product-page experience and shaped the content around the questions customers bring to the site. The design gives the products a practical, engineered feel while keeping the buying journey accessible on smaller screens.
The important work is in the connective tissue: category structure, product explanations, clear calls to action and a visual system that makes a specialist product feel trustworthy. For a business with more than a decade of engineering and design experience, the website needed to communicate the thinking behind the products as well as display them.
03 / What we delivered
A system built around the real brief.
04 / The result
A more direct digital storefront for a specialist automotive parts business, built around the products and questions customers bring to the site.
